Open planning and public input
Residents deserve clear notice, plain-language materials, and real opportunities to shape development decisions before the votes are counted.

Follow the money
Campaign contributions and development agreements should not decide what gets built. Emily will keep pushing to expose who is bankrolling decisions at City Hall.

Accountability from the inside
On the Planning Commission, Emily has asked the hard questions others avoided. She will bring that same independence to City Council.

Notices, meetings, and resources must reach every resident — in English, Spanish, and the formats neighbors actually use.
Decisions Coming to City Hall
- General Plan and Climate Action Plan: Passed in July; now it's time for public tracking, genuine input, and accountability for delivering what was promised.
- Lennar Homes and the North River Farms project: 128 conditions of approval were issued. The Transparency and Accountability Task Force will review each and every one for compliance. Developers will no longer be given a pass when they are late or totally abandon their commitments to our community.
- Where the money goes: Open the books so residents can see where funding comes from and how it's spent.
